According to the corresponding national quality standards of the relevant products, LESSO provides you with free product warranty services. Any product quality issues arising within the product warranty period will be the responsibility of LESSO. Specific warranty details are as follows:
Main categories of water, electric, and heating materials: Pipes and fittings: Linxing PP-R Pipes, New PP-R Pipes.
Product warranty period: 5 years.
Remarks and clarifications: Consumables such as plugs do not fall within the warranty scope.
Starting from the date of acceptance of the water, electric, and heating construction project, LESSO provides a 5-year construction warranty for all pipeline products.
Any construction quality issues arising during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge by authorized LESSO product dealers. Beyond the construction warranty period or warranty scope, LESSO will no longer provide free repair services. Specific details are as follows:
Main categories of water, electric, and heating materials：Issues caused by LESSO construction projects, including pipeline leaks, waterproof layer leaks, electrical circuit disconnection, short circuits, or electricity leakage faults.
Product warranty period: 5 years.
Remarks and clarifications: Any terms that conform to the "Exemption Statement for Services" will not fall within the scope of warranty or repair.
